With 2% of your project budget, we are available to you unlimited over the phone, online, and face-to-face meetings. To help jump-start the process changes required to move to new levels of performance, our consultants are available to mentor individuals, project teams or large scale system initiatives on the application of CbyP technology. In this role we are found attending your meetings, reviewing your documentations, and facilitate discussions. The return on investment is to reduce 25% or more of your development costs. Our goal is to ensure your project succeed on time and on schedule. We will review your project plan and have initial conversation to be able to determine whether we are able to work with your firm. Once we decide to work with your firm, you will pay 1% of your project budget for us to start and another 1% at the end of the engagement. The project many last months or years and we are available any time as needed. We ensure your project being on budget and on schedule. If not, we do not charge the rest 1%.
