UCSoft offers two-day training at your site to executives, managers, architects and analysts who are interested in learning, using, or adopting CbyP.  Instead of presenting concepts directly to attendees, we provide three practical problems for the class to solve and then show how to solve the problem using CbyP and compare results. New concepts of CbyP are presented through problem solving exercise. The three examples correspond to three types of software systems: mechanistic software, systems software and enterprise software. Each will last half day. At the last half-day, we focus on a problem at your choice that can be your current or past project. The emphasis is in what to do and why it is possible not how to do it. By the end of the training, attendees will gain good understanding what it means by science based requirements engineering and why adequate requirements before development is possible. They will be able to apply the concept to their current and future software development projects.
